What if I already use a calendar or booking system?
It books into the calendar you run your day from — and if you’ve never had a system, it becomes the system.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Some ask, and it never pretends otherwise. What decides the call is different anyway: it picks up on the first ring, it knows what you actually do, and it books them in. Most callers are simply glad somebody answered.
What if it gets something wrong?
It is built to say I don’t know rather than guess. When it can’t answer, it takes the details and puts them in front of you as a message in your app — and it never books a service you don’t offer.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number, and your business’s name on every answer.
How long does setup take?
We build it from your website and your own words rather than from a questionnaire, so most of it is done before you have to think about it. A person checks the whole thing before it answers a single real call. The only thing that slows it down is waiting on you for something we need.
What if I don’t like it?
Thirty days, money back — setup included. If it has not earned its place in the first month, say so and we will refund you. We would rather do that than keep someone who resents the invoice.
