The front desk for roofing companies · North America
Answer every call. Book more inspections. Keep every customer.
Your AI assistant runs the front desk and the back office for your roofing company, day and night, so the call about getting the roof checked before the weather turns becomes a booked inspection instead of a voicemail.
Watch an acted example of the line at work for your roofing company. No form, nothing to install.
See the customer touchThe confirmation text, the booking, and the message thread, all kept together.
Books into the day you already runConnects to the scheduler you already use. Never had one? It becomes the system.
One accountable recordThe call, the recording and transcript, the booking and the customer’s history stay together.
Integrations
Built for the systems roofing companies use.
Only what is connected today is called connected. Whatever you already use to book stays the source of truth: bookings the front desk makes land there, and changes you make show up here.
No system yet It becomes the system
Already using something? Say so when you start and we will tell you plainly what connects and what does not.
The customer’s side
What the customer got. What your roofing company got.
The message on their phone and the booking on the calendar, from a call like the ones above.
Thursday · 6:15 PM
A homeowner wants the roof checked before the weather turns. The assistant notes the side-gate access and books the inspection.
Friday · 7:00 AM
The owner logs on before the crew heads out. Yesterday's booking is already there: address, gate access, and what the caller asked for.
The inbox
A call drops mid-sentence on a short break. The assistant follows up by text, and the inspection gets booked without a second call.
Pricing
Everything it does. One plan, one price.
The whole platform, not just the line that answers: the phone, the calendar, every message and recording, the guest history, and an assistant you can talk to.
Plans from $279 a month.
Setup is waived when you start on six months. Thirty days, money back — setup included.
What if I already use a calendar or booking system?
It books into the calendar you run your day from — and if you’ve never had a system, it becomes the system.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Some ask, and it never pretends otherwise. What decides the call is different anyway: it picks up on the first ring, it knows what you actually do, and it books them in. Most callers are simply glad somebody answered.
What if it gets something wrong?
It is built to say I don’t know rather than guess. When it can’t answer, it takes the details and puts them in front of you as a message in your app — and it never books a service you don’t offer.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number, and your business’s name on every answer.
How long does setup take?
We build it from your website and your own words rather than from a questionnaire, so most of it is done before you have to think about it. A person checks the whole thing before it answers a single real call. The only thing that slows it down is waiting on you for something we need.
What if I don’t like it?
Thirty days, money back — setup included. If it has not earned its place in the first month, say so and we will refund you. We would rather do that than keep someone who resents the invoice.
On Cloudflare’s infrastructure, in their Western North America region, with no copies held outside it. Your customer list, your calendar, your invoices and your message history all live there.
Every roofing company has a front desk. Yours just never sleeps.
