THE FRONT DESK FOR BUSINESS · NORTH AMERICA

You do the work.
It runs the business.

Answers·Books·Invoices·Documents·Follow-ups

One Tuesday, run by it.

9:14 PM

A customer calls after close. Answered. Qualified. Booked for morning. They got a text before they’d put the phone down.

7:00 AM

It’s on your calendar with everything you need — who, where, what they said, and the details you’d normally chase.

4:40 PM

Work’s done. The invoice is out before you’ve locked up.

4:52 PM

Someone needs your paperwork — insurance, credentials, the document of the day. Filed months ago. One link, sent.

Thursday

The follow-up went out at the right moment, not never. They told two friends. Both called. Both got answered.

None of that was you. All of it was yours.

The calls you already missed. In your numbers.

Pick what you do, then move the three dials until they look like your week. Every figure below shows the arithmetic it came from.

One visit, one job, one ticket — whatever a single yes is worth to you.
Of the people who ring and get no answer, the share who wanted to book.
WHAT THE PHONE IS COSTING YOU
$84,500
Answering them starts at $279 a month.

These are your numbers, not ours — we do not know your business until you tell us. The arithmetic is missed calls × 52 weeks × the share who would have booked × what one is worth. Nothing is added to it.

The app

One app. The whole office.

Meet Sarah. She’s the one answering.

Sarah is your business’s front desk — on the phone, in the texts, behind the calendar. Tell her something once and it sticks: the gate code, the customer you always fit in, the street you won’t work after dark. Open Settings and you can see, create, and manage every rule she works under. An assistant that gets more valuable to you every day, and more capable with every interaction.

Everything it does. From $279 a month.

WHEN THE PHONE RINGS
  • Every call answered in your business’s name — the after-hours one, the second one while you’re on the first, the whole Saturday rush at once.
  • It knows what you sell before it answers. Your website, your services, your prices.
  • It asks the questions that tell you whether the job is worth the drive.
  • It books onto your real calendar, and the confirmation goes out by text and email before they’ve hung up.
  • It remembers. What a customer told you last spring is there the next time they call.
  • The same voice at 11 pm as at 9 am.
WHEN YOU OPEN THE APP
  • The whole day on one screen — what’s booked, what’s owed, what needs a yes.
  • Every message, every call, every recording and transcript, on the record.
  • Invoices out the same day, and chased politely until they’re paid.
  • Paperwork filed once, sent with one link.
  • Tell the assistant something once and it sticks — and you can see and edit every rule it works under.
  • Ask it for anything: what tomorrow looks like, a reminder set, a note drafted. It can run the app while your hands are busy.
From $279 a month. The whole platform.

The questions everyone asks.

Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Some ask, and it never pretends otherwise. What decides the call is different anyway: it picks up on the first ring, it knows what you actually do, and it books them in. Most callers are simply glad somebody answered.
What if it gets something wrong?
It is built to say I don’t know rather than guess. When it can’t answer, it takes the details and puts them in front of you as a message in your app — and it never books a service you don’t offer.
What if someone calls with a complicated question?
It answers what it can and captures the rest accurately, so what reaches you is a caller already halfway through the conversation — not a voicemail that says “call me back.”
Is this just an answering service?
No — answering is only the part you hear first. Behind it is the whole office: your calendar, your invoices, your customer history, your paperwork, and an assistant you can talk to. Most of what it does happens after the call has ended.
Is this a call centre?
No. Nothing is outsourced and nobody reads a script. It’s your own front desk — it knows your services, your hours and your calendar, and it books real appointments into them.
Will it work for my business?
It runs today across fourteen kinds of business — salons and barbers, dental and medical clinics, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, auto glass, glass, veterinary, legal, accounting, realty, wellness and detailing. Yours is built from your own website and your own words, so it works the way your business already does.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $279 a month, with setup waived when you start on six months (otherwise $299). That $279 is the whole platform, not just the line that answers: the full web and mobile app, an in-app assistant that can run the app for you, and a hands-free voice assistant that can operate the whole thing while your hands are busy.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because you are not being handed a phone line — you are being built a business. Your own application tenant. A web app and a mobile app. An assistant inside the app that can run it for you. A hands-free voice assistant that works the whole thing while your hands are busy. Your calendar, your invoicing, your customer records, your document vault. And the agent that answers your phone.

That last one, on its own, is the entire product everywhere else.

That build is what the setup covers — and it is waived when you start on six months.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Your number, and your business’s name on every answer.
Where is my business’s information kept?
On Cloudflare’s infrastructure, in their Western North America region, with no copies held outside it. Your customer list, your calendar, your invoices and your message history all live there.
Is it protected?
Our hosting provider encrypts it, both stored and in transit. Passwords are hashed and never kept in readable form — nobody here can look up your password, including us. Your dashboard is HTTPS-only.
Can anyone at AgentumGroup see my messages?
Support access is read-only, expires after four hours, and every single action is written to an audit log. Money figures are hidden by default. Nobody at AgentumGroup can change, delete or send anything from inside your account — the system refuses the write, it doesn’t just discourage it.
What happens to my information if I leave?
We delete your account and your data on written request. We don’t hold onto a business’s records after they’ve gone.
How long does setup take?
Days, not weeks. We build it from your website and your own words, and a person checks the whole thing before it answers a single real call. The only thing that slows it down is waiting on you for something we need.
What if I already use a calendar or booking system?
It books into the calendar you run your day from — and if you’ve never had a system, it becomes the system.
What if I don’t like it?
Thirty days, money back — setup included. If it has not earned its place in the first month, say so and we will refund you. We would rather do that than keep someone who resents the invoice.
Can I hear it before I pay for anything?
Yes — two minutes, both sides of the desk, no form and nothing to install. See it work.

Every business has a front desk. Yours just never sleeps.
